Workbench application icon is not shown when started without installer

Description

The MITK icon is not shown on the window decoration and in the task bar on linux.

Reason: In the QmitkExtAppWorkbenchAdvisor a non-existing icon is set for the application. Windows and Mac are ignoring this setting.

The problem occured on Windows and maybe Mac, too, if the application was started without using the installer. By starting a development version for example.
