Description

With the updated Build system DEPENDS_INTERNAL seems to be ignored.

DEPENDS_INTERNAL allows to reduce include/library searchpath "polution". And it was used to cleanly encapsule external libraries.

The new system introduced with T18605 will support PRIVATE, PUBLIC, and INTERFACE type dependencies for modules.
