With the current master, I was not able to edit PlanarFigures that have been 'finished'.
The initial creation works but the control points cannot be edited afterwards.

The problem is that the PlanarFigureInteractor does not correctly detect the cursor hovering above the figure and thus does not allow interaction.Not sure when this bug was added, but it worked in the 2014-03 release..
