mitk::USCombinedModality is slow

Description

In this class the ultrasound image is copied again after every update (after it was copied by the ultrasound device before). This should not be nessecary, solving this problem would speed up the imaging with this device.

The problems were fixed in the last branch... this should be merged to the master. Afterwards the bug can be closed.
