Welcome view shows old (and non-existing) perspective

Description

In the current version, the WelcomeView holds links to perspectives that were replaced (deleted) by the candy-store plugin.

I thing the WelcomeView should show the possible workflows as it know offers the perspectives and should also show a button switch to the CSPluginView.
