still use old Interaction and need to be updated.

Also, there is an update missing when placing the seed point in the region growing 3D tool. The point becomes only visible after additional interaction with the render window.

Migrated Fast Marching tool, to single point interactor,
deleted region growing files, which are unused and unrelated to the Workbenchs Region Growing tools
