View navigator does not highlight the selected perspective

Description

Choose a perspective via the view navigator via double click.
The highlighted perspective is still the previous one also still the view of the previous perspective are highlighted.
This is confusion because the changes does not affect the highlighted perspective but the currently selected one.

I tried to reproduce this issue and failed. Did you use a specific order of calls?

I can't remember doing anything special. But for some reason I am not able to reproduce this. I will close the bug.
