the webcam must be reconnected afterwards

bug only occurs if both usb devices are connected on the same usb-hub
the usb-webcam seems to get unmounted by the fake-serial-connection to the Polaris

everything works fine when in different usb-hubs

To reproduce:
Connect USB webcam and USB Polaris Spectra
Activate webcam as Ultrasound Device in "Ultrasound Support" -> "Device
Management" view
"Test Connection" or "Connect" in "IGT Tracking Toolbox" -> "Tracking" View

Result: Ultrasound-Viewing-Stream freezes and the console gets spammed with
the following warning:

After that the workbench must be restarted or crashes eventually
