Steps to reproduce:

1. create a segmentation for pic3d
2. choose 3d region growing tool
3. set seed point (e.g. left kidney), adjust "adapt region growing" that kidney is segmented
4. confirm it and delete after that the segmentation
5. create a new segmentation and repeat the steps you did before

-> if you are lucky it crashs at the second iteration
