Region Growing 3D Tool: Pop up "Seed points lies outside of the threshold boundaries" appears arbitrary

Description

Load an image and enable the RegionGrowing 3D Tool.
Place a seed point, remember the pixel grayvalue and play around with the thresholds.
The pop up message "Seed points lies outside of the threshold boundaries... " appears even if the grayvalue lies within the boundaries.

This bug is related to that the tool is not able to be used on specific pixel types. T17862

Then, this bug should not occur anymore.
