Inserting new control points to SubdivisionPolygon doesn't work

Description

Due to removal of segment information from the polyline elements, the insertion of points into SubdivisionPolygon using the Interactor no longer works correctly.

This was already supposed to be fixed with T18859, however a little more fixing was necessary which we just did in the same bug.
