Poco 1.6.0 probably doesn't need any patching anymore. It also might help to get rid of a few crashes. Minimum CMake version for Poco 1.6.0 is 3.0 though.

Asked for core modification as two cmake_minimum_version commands were adapted in the core directory. We should wait merging this bug until we decided to increase our current minimum cmake version.
