error with PMD o3d.W32 hardware blocks MITK 32 bit builds

Description

When trying to build MITK in a 32 bit with the "BUILD_ALL" configuration (as in case with the dart clients), a PMD hardware module causes an error:

CMake Error: File /../plugins/o3d.W32.pcp does not exist.
CMake Error at Modules/ToFHardware/PMD/CMakeLists.txt:94 (configure_file):

configure_file Problem configuring file
