If the tracking system Claron Technology Microntracker 2 is activated in cmake and the paths/libraries are set correctly, the IGT plugins do not load. Presumably because a library was not found and the IGT modules did not build, but I'm not sure about that.

This was tested under Windows 7 / 32 bit / VS2010.
