Level Window: No floating point values can be set

Description

The text field to enter the window width and position does not allow to set floating point values.

This is important if the images have small values (For example probability maps with range from 0...1)

It actually is possible to enter floating values which are also correctly processed. However the entered values are always displayed as ints.
