Image statistics for vector images

Description

When trying to calculate image statistics for vecotor images, currently there is an error message saying "Multi-component images not supported."

3D+t images are supported however, with a nix selection mechanism for the different timesteps. I would very much appreciate the same mechanism for vector images.

The only case that could not be covered would be 3D+t vectorimages.
