Description

Currently if the user has a python dir set in the path variable on windows that one is taken, instead of the one within our build.

That should be changed.

Addendum:

In the build version it loads your python.dll from Windows/System32 if there is one. In the installer (same buid, same machine) it does not.

The bug was already fixed in another branch.
