It took me two days to build MITK-Ocl on a clean Ubuntu 14.04 (after I destroyed my rather clean Ubuntu on the first day). There is no documentation which driver or which toolkit should be installed to run OpenCL. The Ubuntu documentation regarding this topic is also pretty confusing. Plus the Nvidia packages have many conflicts with gl, glu, egl etc. Qt5 seems to make it even more complicated.

My plan is to write a documentation page how to set up a clean Ubuntu and MITK-Ocl, however, I will need help to find a decent configuration with minimal conflicts.
