Image transformation seems to be lost when converting to python

Description

Load an image with a transformation, drag & drop it into the variable stack and export it back to the data storage via double-click. The transformation will be lost/changed. The respective code is in mitkPythonService.cpp

(I don't know if this is the case for all transformations, but I can at least provide one test data set. Please contact me personally.)
