Color of planarfigure-controlpoints cannot be set when quantities are drawn

Description

When quantities are enabled in the rendering of PlanarFigures, the control-points are rendered using white color, no matter which color has been specified.

An easy fix seems to be to switch the order of rendering.
If the controlpoints are rendered first, everything looks fine.
