mitk::Equal(mitk::BaseGeometry::TransformType&) ignores its epsilon parameter. This was remarked when writing a test that compares two geometries. Even when they were more similar as the requested epsilon demanded, they would evaluate to not mitk::Equal().
I enhanced the unit test and fixed the method.
