Add bulk retrieval to DICOM plugin

Description

Additional tab in DICOM plugin that will allow users to load a file with or enter manually a number of Study Instance UIDs that will be retrieved consecutively with optional delay.
Useful to retrieve all data belonging to a certain trial.
