ImageStatistic Plugin is missing Median Calculation

Description

The ImageStatistics Plugin offers mean calculation but is missing information about the median in \org.mitk.gui.qt.measurementtoolbox\src\internal\QmitkImageStatisticsView.cpp.

Image statistics now has the ability to calculate the median,
test have also been added to the image statistics test driver
