Add Shortcut of XNAT Preferences on XNAT Tree Browser

Description

In the current version, you need to open the MITK-Preferences to connect to XNAT.
It would be nice of there was a button to autoconnect with the saved preferences or - if there are no connection data set - open the preference page instead.
