During a MITK superbuild, the MITK-build configuration process is aborted, because the "LinguistTools" are not available.

Adding the LinguistTools to the required QT_COMPONENTS list in toplevel CMakeLists.txt works. I think in future this should be handled by CTK, which has a direct dependency to LinguistTools.
