When you select the PlanarLine tool and double-click into a renderwindow, a PlanarFigure with a length of 0mm is created.
What should happen is that the initial point is set, but the figure is not finalized, as the second point is identical to the first point.

This reverts commit e4e0c950384cd69b3c575a64729688bab0010f87.
My changes fix the bug but break a unittest. haven't had the time to fix that as well yet.
