After computing watershed segmentation no segmentation chosen in combobox

Description

After a watershed segmentation is computed successfully, no segmentation is chosen. The segmentation node <nodeName>_Watershed is neither selected nor available as entry in the segmentation combobox (in contrast to the Otsu segmentation).

Can confirm on current release beta branch. the segmentation result is added as a regular image instead of a labelset image.

However, this seems to be because it is indeed not a segmentation, it is instead colored to look like one using the lookup table. It will contain a number of different pixel values.
