Tutorial steps 4 to 8 do not build

Description

They were deactivated in CMakeLists.txt and never reactivated. By now they cannot be built anymore. This is not helpful for building standalone applications based on MITK.

The compiler errors are removed. Activated the tutorial step 4- step 8 again.
