UI bug of Ultrasound Support View

Description

If a new video device with an invalid video source ID is created, an error message appears if you try to activate the device (as expected). However, some parts the video device settings stay disabled afterwards, even if you click "New Video Device" you cannot modify the ID any more.

Enabled the ability to change settings of video source during editing. It remained unclear why that shouldn't be possible in the first place. After activating the device editing is disabled completely.
