Steps to reproduce:

• Load image
• Create 3D segmentation with disconnected regions (e.g. with Threshold tool)
• Select Picking tool and pick a region
• Click 'Confirm picked region'

--> Segmentation is shown in yellow

• Open Properties view and check color property

--> Color is red
