IGT Navigation tool manager - Select Toolstorage not refreshed

Description

When new tools are added in IGT tracking tool box, they appear in IGT navigation Tool Manager -Select ToolStorage list. On selecting the tool storage the created tools appear in the Tools list. But when you switch back to IGT tracking tool box and adding one more tool , the tools list is not updated in the Navigation tool manager

A signal is emitted to update the Tool storage list whenever add new tool function is called from tracking toolbox.
