Ultrasound Freeze Image faulty

Description

In Ultrasound Support tab, activate Telemed device. Then switch to US imaging tab and on clicking Freeze Image button, the console is spammed with warning and error message.

There are no errors when using the freeze function in the UltrasoundSupport plugin. Freeze and Unfreeze seem to work without problem.

To be investigated if the problem occurs in either the EchoTrack plugin or the USCalibration plugin.
