MITK crash when starting tracking during editing tool information

Description

This is a crash when using the IGT tracking plugin. How to reproduce it:

  1. In the tracking toolbox view: connect to a EM tracker, autodetect tools
  2. Switch to navigation tool manager view, start editing a tool (e.g.: edit tool tip)
  3. Switch back to the tracking toolbox without finishing the edit progress
  4. Start tracking => crash / exception caught
