Tool not correctly visualized when tool tip edited in IGT Navigation Tool Manager

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open 'IGT Navigation Tool Manager'
  • Click 'Create New' button and choose a name
  • Click 'Add' button to create a new tool
  • Click 'Edit Tooltip' in 'In 'Advanced' tab
  • Change position/orientation

--> The preview (red coordinate system) is updated correctly

  • Click 'Use Manipulated ToolTip'

--> The preview disappears but the original tool is not updated

  • Click 'Finish'

--> The original tool is still visualized the same

  • Select the tool in the list

--> Tool information is shown having the correct transformation that was edited
