[MultiLabel Segmentation] Add tests for the LabelSetImage

Description

Most of the actions of the LabelSetWidget that modify LabelSetImages can be tested using unit tests. This is done inside mitkLabelTest, mitkLabelSetTest and mitkLabelSetTestImage.
Some actions / operations are missing so this task's intent is to extend the set of tests.
