[MatchPoint] Registrations generated with manipulator have no proper PropertyReleations

Description

If registrations are generated with the manipulator they seem to not have properly set their PropertyReleations. E.g. If such a registration is used in the mapper plugin the reference image is not correctly auto selected as reference image.

This is not high priority. Fix other release bugs before, please. :-)

I can't reproduce the problem mentioned for the mapper plugin on v2021.10 . The moving / target information appears in the properties, just as in a registration created via the Algorithm Control plugin.
Can somebody reproduce this (or a related) problem? Otherwise I guess the task was already solved somewhere else and can be closed
