Description

To reproduce with the 2021.01 release installer on Windows:

  1. Open "Preferences" -> "Input Devices" , no options are shown.

Current Output:
an empty preference page

Expected Output:
Some options , or no tab "Input devices"

Input devices (WiiMote and Space Navigator 3-d mouse) are something not included anymore in MITK any major parts of it where removed a long time ago already. However, I found quite a few remnants still present which should be deleted like this preference page, the whole org.mitk.core.ext plugin with the device registry, or interaction constants related to the WiiMote or Space Navigator 3-d mouse.
