[Segmentation] Thresholding overwrites existing label without warning

Description

In contrast to, e.g. 3D Region growing, the thresholding tools overwrite existing labels when clicking "Confirm". Not sure if this is desired, but it is a different behaviour between these tools. We should choose one imho.

I think this is related to T27872: [Segmentation] Region Growing 3D GUI does not provide a "Overwrite" checkbox. Here actually the opposite is proposed:
We once added a checkbox to specify if a new segmentation result should overwrite an existing segmentation or if a new segmentation should be created.
This checkbox was added for all 3D tools except for the "Region Growing 3D" tool.

So I will close this task and work on that problem in the mentioned related task.
