[Segmentation] "Delete group" button is inactive if there are multiple groups but no labels

Description

It should be active but in that case delete the current group instead of the group of the selected label/instance. Deletion via context menu works as expected.

If there are no labels, there is no active group anymore, as the active group is defined via the active label.
That is also why there is no highlighting. Current way of deleting would be via the context menu.
We could do something like alway deleting the highest group. But I don't know if it is to confusing...

Discussion result - Evaluate if in case of no selection (no labels), the highlight is enough to indicate a "selected group".
