Some general comments

• When the view is opened the following message appears: "You have to select two images from Datamanger for Registration". But
  • User does not know DataManager (-> Data Storage)
  • I didn't know what to do in order to choose a fixed and moving image? Is the first one in the list always the fixed image?
• Maybe we should be more consistent in general (e.g. usage of capital letters, Register vs. Calculate Transformation
• I don't understand what the registration method for RigidRegistration is. Intensity based??
• Point Based Registration: I am not able to reproduce this, but one time, the points I set did not appear in 2D
