Description

PointCloudScoringFilter and FeatureBasedEdgeDetectionFilter are not realy used in the code base currently (and also not realy well tested). The are referenced in QmitkSliceInterpolator but not used at all.

Should we keep them or deprecate and remove them (If we find in a use in the future, we could get them back from the repo history)?
Also other filters in the Segmentation/algorithms module might be not used any more.
