"I wouldn’t have guessed that level window is important if it wasn’t mentioned during the meeting. When I tried to generate a segmentation without adjusting it, it just segmented the whole image. Since this is important, it should probably be mentioned in the brief instructions inside the plugin after e.g. “Press shift+left click for positive seeds” etc."
