Status: If one tries to load a whole director with DICOM files, no reader will be found if the dicom files have no extension.
The problem does not occure if you select the files directly.

Reason: The MimeType does a prefiltering for supported extensions. And "no extension" is not listed.

Todo: We should change the directory mode to checking all files for being DICOMs until at least on is found.
