mitkImageWriterTest does not test image writing

Description

mitkImageWriterTest tries to load an image, nothing else.

And it uses the testing macros inconsistently. The test needs to be rewritten completely.

Testing bugs are part of their respective modules -> changing component to other, please assign appropriate component.
