Blank file extension line in File/Open dialog

Description

(Linux and MacOS) In MITK 0.14 the File/Open dialog contains a blank line in the list of possible file extensions. The blank line appears between entries for "NIfTI" and "Diffusion Weighted Images"

FIX (#3193): Deleted unnecessary QT filter separation characters (;;), which were generating the empty line in the extension list of the load dialog.

MITK-1-0 keyword is obsolete, use target milestones in the future.
