mbilogConfig.h not found (when using Qt-/openCherry-free build)

Description

When including mitk-0.14\Utilities\mbilog\mbilog.h, the file mbilogConfig.h is not found. mbilog.h has been generated in the binary directory (in \Utilities\mbilog), but that directory is not included in the include-path.

I used the official MITK-0.14 package from mitk.org.

We need to know in which file ...\mbilog.h was included, or which application was built in order to reproduce the error.
