Some modules do not necessarily have to depend on MITK core, e.g. some small / independent things, like license management modules etc.

The MITK module mechanism allows for the development of these modules without any dependency to MITK Core.

However, TestDrivers for these modules always use MITK Macros.

Solution would be, to make the basic testing mechanism of MITK idependent of MITK Core (as it is done for instance in the logging module).
