GetScalarValueMax and Min of mitk::Image does not work on float

Description

Hi

I have a floating point image in an mitk::Image. The function GetScalarValueMin and GetScalarValueMax always returns an integer value, e.g. if max is 33.3 it returns 33!

There has been a lot of work in the ImageStatistics module. Please reopen if this is still an issue.
