Saving of planar figures not possible

Description

It is not possible to save planar figures via the datastorage, but there seems to exist a writer due to the fact that the planar figures are saved correctly if the whole mitk project is saved.

I strongly disagree, PlanarFigures should be individual objects. It would be very helpfull to be able to save and load planar figures individually. Technically, this would be no problem, since they have their own geometry. The feature would also meet the expectation of radiologists from the software, since they always save and load their "ROIs" and apply them to different images/contrasts.

I can say this with confidence, since I personally find this feature very usefull and also have the same feedback from Bram Stieltjes, Lars Gerick and even some physicists.

This issue was discussed in the MITK-meeting. Everybody agreed that we should allow save/load of planar figures using the standard mechanisms that are used for images and other datatypes.
