Description

Need to implement test to ensure correct geometry after ..

  • saving / loading
  • casting (ITK-MITK) 2D MITK with 3D Rotation into 2D ITK (see also T8509)
  • casting (ITK-MITK) 4D geometry

This seems to be already implemented. Do we need further tests?
